Nathan Ware is the Seattle Accounting Manager at Turner Construction, where he has been a valued team member for more than 4.5 years. He began his career at Turner as a Project Accountant, where he enjoyed being closely connected with project teams and managing monthly client billings. His passion for both accuracy and collaboration naturally led him to his current leadership role in accounting.
In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Nathan has taught the accounting portion of Turner’s School of Construction Management for three years. It was through this teaching experience that he gained a deeper appreciation for the power of APP and how it benefits Turner’s trade partners.
Nathan’s connection to construction runs deep—before joining Turner, he spent time in the field as a carpenter apprentice, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Nathan is also an avid runner who thrives on the challenges and discipline the sport provides.
