Raul Pacheco

Raul Pacheco is the founder of RDP Electric, which he launched 11 years ago after starting his career as an apprentice and earning a degree in Electrical Systems Technology. What began with residential projects has grown into a multi-state operation serving senior-living and multifamily markets across the Southeast. Having overcome the financial challenges of scaling a contracting business, Raul now focuses on guiding his sales team and working with his controller to ensure healthy, sustainable growth.
